It is quite possible that we are en route to a single-payer health system, that would put those lying, snarky, manipulative money-grubbing SOBs (also known as the private insurance industry) out of business. You can also read Conyers' direct proposal here.
I know my generation thinks it's a no brainer. And so do the health professionals of this country. And FINALLY, so does the AMA.
